Orders and customer context
Order items, status history, delivery outcomes, returns and seller-entered customer notes may be processed to operate orders and show customer context.
Payments and proof
Manual payment details can include a selected method, transaction reference and uploaded proof. Khoroch supports this workflow and is not the buyer or seller’s bank or wallet provider.
Images, uploads and AI-assisted processing
Product photos, logos, banners, payment proof and other uploads may be stored and processed to provide requested features. AI-assisted tools may process supplied inputs to create editable drafts or enhanced assets.
Analytics and service improvement
Khoroch may process service analytics and operational events to maintain reliability, secure the service and improve the product. Seller-configured marketing measurement is controlled by the seller.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, provide storefront and commerce workflows, maintain security, support users, improve reliability, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations.
Retention and security
We use technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the service. Information is retained for as long as needed for service delivery, security, legal and operational purposes. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Account holders can update much of their store and account information through the product. To request access, correction or deletion, contact support@khoroch.shop. Requests are handled in line with applicable legal and operational obligations.
