Khoroch provides storefront, catalog, inventory, order, payment-status, delivery, customer-context and reporting workflows. AI-assisted outputs are editable drafts and remain subject to seller review.
These Terms govern use of the Khoroch platform by sellers and other users.
Khoroch provides storefront, catalog, inventory, order, payment-status, delivery, customer-context and reporting workflows. AI-assisted outputs are editable drafts and remain subject to seller review.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their products, prices, stock, business information, payment instructions, customer communications, fulfillment and decisions made using platform information.
Manual payment workflows let sellers share payment instructions and review buyer-submitted transaction details or proof. Khoroch is not the receiving financial institution. COD remains an agreement between seller, buyer and the relevant delivery provider.
Order, delivery and customer-history signals support operating decisions. They may be incomplete and are not guarantees of identity, payment, delivery or future behaviour. Sellers must use fair judgment.
Do not use Khoroch for unlawful goods, fraud, harassment, rights infringement, malicious access, platform abuse or activity that harms customers, sellers, infrastructure or third parties.
Users must provide accurate account information and protect their credentials. We may limit access where needed to protect the service, investigate abuse or meet legal and operational obligations.
Sellers must have the rights needed to upload and publish product images, brand assets, descriptions and other content. Khoroch may resize, store and process that content to provide requested features.
Features, paid plans and service availability may change. We will communicate material changes to these Terms through the service or by another reasonable method.
